Reservation Conditions

It is possible to reserve a table via the widget in the Reservation page.

For tables of more than 8 persons we kindly ask you to contact us by phone.
A credit card or bank transfer is required to guarantee the reservation.

Any reduction in the number of people may result in a cancellation of the booking if no tables are available. The number of people can be changed free of charge within 2 days of the experience. After two days, the number of people can be reduced at an additional cost of €150 per person.

Dress code: no particular dress code is required for our guests, but we recommend an elegant-casual outfit.
Children: we welcome children. We have dedicated children's menus made by our Chef. To ensure respect for other guests, we ask you to inform us of their presence when you make your reservation.
Animals: dogs are welcome in our restaurant. We kindly ask you to inform us of their presence in advance.
Car: if you wish to arrive by car, there is an underground car park in the vicinity of the restaurant, which is not managed by us.
Allergies: we are very sensitive to allergies and intolerances. Please inform us in advance so that we can organise an ad hoc proposal.

Cancellation Conditions

It is possible to cancel a reservation, free of charge and without penalty, if made no later than 48 hours before the scheduled booking, via the confirmation email received at the time of booking. For any further information, please contact our staff at info@confusion-restaurant.com

Cancellation Penalty

Should the booking not be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance and should it result in a no-show by the person concerned, a charge of €150 per person booked will be made. Reducing the number of guests to less than 48 hours in advance will result in a charge of €150 per cancelled cover.
