The farm “La Tonda” produces hazelnut “round giffoni” with a young plant of about 4 hectares accredited BIO and two new plants for additional 6 hectares in conversion for a total of about 10 hectares. Part of them are recognized as IGP with a perfectly rounded shape of the seed (which is the shelled hazelnut), which has white flesh, consistent, aromatic flavor, and perisperm (the inner film) thin and easily detachable.
