The ConFusion Restaurant is a true love story: this unique project was born from the meeting with Italo Bassi, and it became a perfect synthesis of culinary art and interior design.

All the artworks you can admire inside the restaurant are carefully selected by Madame Confusion.
She has been a professional sommelier for years and the ConFusion Restaurant’s wine list is carefully curated and selected by her.
From her passion for Champagne, Madame Confusion Champagne, which is a special selection of fine Bergère, was born.
Again from this authentic passion, the project was expanded with the opening of the Bubble Bar which includes an aperitif area, a cocktail bar and a shisha lounge.
